About the project

The concept of LCD Life Story is to create modern housing with an emphasis on comfort and practicality. The architecture of the house attracts attention with restrained tones of decoration, clear lines and laconic decor. In order not to spoil the appearance of the building, the developer has paid attention to such details as air conditioning blocks - they will be covered with special baskets in the color of the decor.

The advantage of the complex will be a yard without cars, which will ensure the comfort and safety of future residents. The adjacent territory includes various functional zones: sports with a workout-playground, children's with a playground "town" and green zones with chaise lounges for rest and dialogue. The highlight of Life Story is the operated roof with a lounge area, which offers a beautiful view of the nearby area and park.

Infrastructure

The new Life Story residential complex is being built on the outskirts of Kyiv, in the Holosiivskyi district. Teremky Metro Station is 2.5 km from the house. If you need public transport, a minibus №444 passes by the new building, and in 10 minutes on the Great Ring Road there is a bus №729, a trolleybus №11 and minibuses №496, №507, №576. The road to the city center takes 20 minutes by car.

In 7 minutes on foot there is a park "Feofania" with lakes and monasteries - on a beautiful and well-groomed territory it will be pleasant to walk at any time of the year. Across the road from the LCD is a racetrack for training in riding a motorcycle and car.

Several educational institutions for children of different ages have been opened in the district: school №236, special boarding school №7 for children with language disabilities, kindergarten №182 and private center Cloud.

If you need a doctor - OLYMED, "Help +" and "Modern Medicine" medical clinics are open nearby. The Feofania Hospital with a consultative polyclinic is open by car in 7 minutes, and there is a children's outpatient clinic and many private medical centers near the Teremky metro station.

Within a radius of 700 m around the house there are various sports facilities, such as METRO GYM, Kangoo Jumps and Stronger. There is also a Dynamo equestrian center and motorsport schools for children and adults nearby.

From supermarkets the nearest "Handicap", "Circle" and "Cheerful". The large shopping center "Magellan" is 2 km away - it has branded shops, a hypermarket, cafes, restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley and entertainment areas for children.
