Ridne misto in Kyiv

About the project

Residential complex "Ridne Misto" is a new project from the developer "Spetszhitlofond" in Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv. It consists of five houses of 16-17 floors each. Exterior facades of buildings are made in a strict and unobtrusive style - the palette of decoration includes white, gray and brown, and the lines of construction will be clear and concise. On the ground floors there are commercial premises for shops, fitness centers and cafes. The territory will be improved with the help of landscape design, playgrounds will be set up for children, and recreation areas will be set up for adults. To avoid problems with car storage, a 9-level parking lot will be built within the complex.

Infrastructure

ZhK "Ridne Misto" is located at the intersection of Vaclav Havel Boulevard and Academician Biletsky and Kachalov streets. The center of Kiev can be reached in 25 minutes by car or 40 minutes by tram to the metro. The journey to Kyiv Zhulyany Airport and the train station will take about 20 minutes by car.

Vidradny Park and Mamayeva Sloboda Theme Park are a 20-minute walk away, with lakes, picnic areas and horseback riding.

Many educational institutions have been opened in the district: the smallest are kindergartens №255, №382, №295, “Yasochka” and “Stezhina”; for schoolchildren - primary school №310, lyceum “Prestige”, specialized school №52 with in-depth study of information technologies and sports lyceum-boarding school; graduates - PI Gavros Medical College and the National Aviation University. Also, for the convenience of parents, the developer will open a kindergarten within the residential complex.

Due to the proximity to the medical town, you can always get an ambulance. Within 10 minutes walk there is a children's hospital №4, a hospital for adults №6, the Center for Eye Microsurgery, a clinic №1, the Institute of Surgery and Transplantology.
