Architecture

The common podium, creating a closed safe space for recreation inside , unites the bright rectangular buildings. Clear, straight lines and minimalistic exterior styling add elegance to the construction. The houses are mostly in the color of coffee with milk, with horizontal lines of the balconies. The angular snow-white construction differs from them. On one side, it has smooth vertical rows of windows, and on the other side, the windows’ arrangement has a specific order. The podium is designed as a portico with a stylized modern colonnade.
