The Dolphin Tower is located at the Dubai Water Canal. Within walking distance, there are entertainment centers, scenic attractions, shops, restaurants and business areas. Despite the fact that the tower is located close to the center, there is a place for solitude and leisurely enjoyment of life.

Appearance

The gorgeous complex consists of 22 floors towers above the water channel. Regular geometric shapes combined with a glass façade make it light and sublime. The gorgeous terraces and balconies allow you to enjoy the view, let in plenty of sunshine and ensure privacy, despite the huge panoramic windows.
