Architecture

The complex begins with a rectangular high podium, part of which stands on support piles, raising the entire structure above the ground. From the corner of this structure a rounded tower dominates. All its architectural composition tends upwards and this visual effect is achieved by gradually expanding the building. On the upper floors, a torch effect is created, where one edge rises upwards with a sharp angle, forming a kind of cut. In addition, vertical solid stripes are placed on the background of the glass panels, which are the walls of the building. The special location of the balconies and terraces creates a veil effect, which closes in a semicircle under the lower end of the roof, giving the tower delicacy.
