Architecture

La Riviera Apartments is a 22-storey tower with a six-level podium and is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden. The main color of the facade is green due to the special glazing and the balcony fences are transparent. The grounds of the white balconies are arranged so that they form a relief pattern. They form two arcs, convexity inward, resembling the letter X. The sides are white. There is a large logo of the housing complex above the entrance.
