Architecture

The building stands on a five-story triangular podium and consists of 29 floors. This is a futuristic bronze-golden structure. The walls are completely transparent and made of glass. The glazing is not solid, but uses relatively small segments. This gives additional strength, and creates a unique appearance. Bronze-colored projecting elements are located throughout the building. From the wide side, they create a pattern resembling the number 2, and from the end, they are straight vertical lines. The ledges and these partitions create privacy on the premises.

On the stylobate roof, there is a large swimming pool, sunbathing decks, landscaped gardens and places to relax. There is a well-equipped gym with views of Dubai Creek and the cityscape indoors. Residents can also visit the sauna. Children will enjoy playing in safe, modern and interesting play areas. There is a peaceful prayer room as well.
