Building’s appearance

The 8-storey building has a square shape at the base. At the height of the first floor, the podium is raised on stilts. Squares and rectangles are also written out on the balconies. The colors of the building are brown with creamy white. In large glass canvases, which constitute a large part of the facade, the sun and clouds are reflected, which makes the rather monumental building fragile and neat.
