Appearance

The white with glass twelve-storey rectangular building towers on a low podium. The simplicity and brevity of the architectural ensemble is expressed in the usage of straight lines and smooth walls. Visually the building consists of three parts. The back ivory part is the tallest, the middle snow-white one is slightly lower. The facade revives the building, bristling with balconies, located on the conventionally third part of the building. It is decorated with bricks and slightly lower and narrower than the previous one.

Indoors

Maintenance staff and laundry service will help the residents of the complex. The wooden deck lounge areas will allow inhabitants to sunbathe, relax and chat. The cycling track and gym are perfect for sports while the swimming pool is large and comfortable, surrounded by greenery. For unforgettable family outings, there is a BBQ area.
