Architecture

This building has a variable number of floors from 27 to 40 floors. There is a central long part and the hulls of lower height are symmetrically disposed on the both sides of it. On the roof of the central part, there are swimming pools, landscaped gardens, a recreation area and other amenities. The whole complex is on a podium. This is a bright building thanks to the huge windows and bronze with cream finishing. The windows have a wonderful view of the city line or on the water.
