Architecture

The color and shape of the complex resembles the sea. White and blue design, a special pattern reminiscent of water ripples and smooth lines which are associated with waves. The architectural ensemble consists of two buildings, arched outwards from each other. A bridge connects their wide parts from above and a common podium links them from below. Constructions form an inner courtyard with a landscaped garden. The roof is flat and there is a swimming pool, a recreation area and gazebos on the bridge connecting the houses.
