Appearance

Bayz by Danube is a rounded 30-story building with a podium attached. It resembles an open grand piano which is twined with greenery. The entire ground floor, which is decorated with ivory-colored carved panels, gives an oriental flavor to the overall modern look of the construction. Thin vertical lines are located around the perimeter of the skyscraper, which during the day gives the house a height, and in the evening serves as a spectacular lighting. Green flowerbeds, descending from the roof of the podium and the pool with waterfalls located near the entrance, give the building freshness and originality.

Indoors amenities

Residents of the building will be able to train in a spacious bright gym with panoramic windows and plenty of air while modern simulators will be installed . Sun loungers, changing room, benches and tables will be installed around the spacious temperature-controlled pool. Residents will have the opportunity to go to the steam room or sauna and visit the health club. While the kids are splashing in the safe pool or having fun on the playground, adults can visit the spa.
