About the project

The Istanbul-based Onlife project is being run by Hak Yapı İnşaat. Established in 1968, Hak Yapı is one of the oldest companies in the real estate sector and among its works completed so far, there are projects such as PeraPark Kartal, Novipark Pendik, Günaydın Mansions and Suadiye Palas. Addressing lower and middle income groups, Onlife, Nene Hatun Cad. It is located at the address of Velibaba-Pendik / Istanbul and has a land area of 16.000 m2. The project, which consists of 10 blocks with 10 floors and a total of 430 flats, is new. As a matter of fact, January 2020 is envisaged as the delivery date. However, it should be noted that the preliminary demand process has started and the launch prices and sales of the apartments continue.

The reason for the Onlife project to use the slogan “in nature” is because it is neighbor to Burçin Yazar Memorial Forest. Located between Samarkand Boulevard and Barbaros Hayrettin Pasa Street, the project is quite far from the main roads of Istanbul. As a matter of fact, it takes about half an hour to reach the D-100 highway by car. There is no public transport service other than a bus stop within walking distance. Likewise, it is also not close to a shopping mall. However, let's mention that there is a tiny bazaar in the project. Social facilities and services offered to Onlife project residents include children's playgrounds, swimming pool, basketball court, sauna, running track, 24/7 security camera and parking garage.

The apartment options offered in the Onlife project consist of:

• 3 + 1 (Total four different floor plans, gross usage areas vary between 128.00 and 157.00 m2)

In the project targeting families, 1 + 0 and 1 + 1 flat options were not specifically included. Another feature of the project, which has a total investment value of 150 million TL, is that it is located in the region with the highest oxygen rate in Istanbul. It should be noted that approximately 20 percent of the apartments in the project are already sold and 10 percent down payment + 60 percent 0 percent interest advantage is offered for the remaining apartments.
