Hak Yapı, which was founded by Süleyman Yıldırım in 1968, has become a joint stock company in 2007 and starts to undertake large-scale construction projects. There are 13 projects completed by the company to date, but there are also construction of school and hospital buildings. Since some projects of the company are included in the scope of urban transformation works, TOKİ is carried out in cooperation. However, like most small and medium construction companies, Hak Yapı does not have any membership in any professional organization (EmlakDer, GYODer, etc.).
