About the project
The "Stifeliryter" development is being built in the center of Uezwil. The name comes from the former restaurant/pub, which shaped village life for a long time. After many years of vacancy, the building was demolished in January 2021. New living space is now being created.
Three multi-family houses (MFH) A, B and E with apartments of 2½, 3½ and 4½ rooms, two 6½-room semi-detached houses (DEFH) C/D and three 5½-room terraced houses (REFH) E. The A slightly separate planned single-family house (EFH) F has 6½ rooms and its own carport. The building bodies are creatively embedded in the village center. A special feature of this “Stifeliryter” development is the small natural stream, which remains open and “ripples” through the development, adapted from the course of the stream.
The buildings are accessed via a central underground car park with separate basements and their own stairwells, the MFH with lift systems. The heat generation is planned with a geothermal heat pump. The lime content of the water for domestic use is reduced to a pleasant 7-15 °fH by means of a softening system.
With an early purchase, the interior design of the acquired property can be co-determined. The single-family house EFH F will be ready for occupancy from summer 2022, the other properties from summer 2023
