About the project
In St. Petersburg on Petrovsky Boulevard there is a new residential complex, “Colors of Summer,” consisting of seven monolithic nineteen-story buildings.

You can buy an apartment in the residential complex “Colors of Summer” from the developer “Policy Group” with payment of the entire amount immediately, by installments or using the mortgage lending program.
The initial cost of housing is low enough for the area, but this is due, first of all, to the compactness of the apartments offered. So, the area of a one-room apartment starts from 19 m2, which is comparable to the size of the studio. The layouts of the premises presented here are very diverse. Only one-room, there are 75 different options up to 39 m2. There are not many options for two-room and three-room apartments, but also quite enough.
