About the project

On Pulkovskoye Shosse in the Moscow region of St. Petersburg, the KVS Group of Companies will erect a two-section residential complex 23 floors high with built-in premises. Buildings with supporting monolithic reinforced concrete structures. Walls made of aerated concrete blocks with external insulation and decoration with decorative plaster.

The architectural appearance of the building is designed in the neoclassical style. The main colors (beige, white and brown tones) reflect the continuity to the classical architectural style, which is clearly expressed in the protruding cornices, the decoration of window openings and pilasters. The dynamics of the facade gives the horizontal color division. The proportions of the building are solved in the original motives of modern architecture, and in combination with different-height surrounding buildings create an interesting and comfortable environment for living.

The residential complex offers a wide selection of apartment types and planning solutions - from studios to four-room apartments. All apartments are fully finished according to the author's design project. From the windows of the upper floors offer beautiful views of St. Petersburg.

In the built-in rooms on the first floors there will be shops, consumer services, bank branches and other services for residents.
