About the project

The sports community "Iva" is a large-scale project for the integrated development of an area of ​​about 80 hectares. It provides for the construction of housing of various formats, as well as the creation of a full-fledged infrastructure for new residents. Location

Construction is underway 15 minutes from the center of Perm in Motovilikhinsky district on the border of the Bishop's microdistrict.
