Development-South Corporation was established on March 1, 1995 in the city of Krasnodar. Since then, the path has gone from a small enterprise to a leading company in the construction industry.
Over the years, more than 1,900,000 m2 of housing has been built, 114 houses have been put into operation, in which 25,000 families live. The main value of the corporation throughout history is employees, a close-knit team that shares common values and works for the result.
From the very beginning, the corporation was aimed at leadership and brought to the Krasnodar market many of the latest innovations, solutions and work technologies for its time. For example, “Development-South” was the first in the region to build housing using monolithic-frame technology, introduced the culture of underground parking and concierge services into mass construction, and the first to give names to its homes. The corporation was the first of the developers to use such a financial instrument as bank project financing.
