Location

The house is being built in Lianozovo at ul. Abramtsevskaya, ow. 10. The area is considered one of the environmentally friendly in the north-east of Moscow. Near the park Lianozovo, city pond and green areas.

"House on Abramtsevskaya" is located in an area with well-developed social and domestic infrastructure. Nearby is school number 1416, a children's art school. Kalinnikova, versatile lyceum №1449, music school, college of automobile transport №9. A 10-minute walk is the Museum of Slavic Culture, a little further the park of culture and recreation, the shopping center “XL Complex”, the shopping center “KuhniSiti”. Within a radius of several kilometers there are many chain stores and restaurants, such as Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, McDonald's and others.

Architecture

The building has one section with a variable number of storeys, features high functionality and an elegant design. During construction, a monolithic-frame technology was used using a gas block as a material for the manufacture of internal ceilings. The facade was decorated with warm colors that fit in well with the environment.

The territory of the courtyard of the complex is equipped with pedestrian and bicycle paths, green areas and places for recreation. The first floor of the house is occupied by commercial premises, which houses shops, a cafe, a fitness center, and dry cleaning. Underground parking for 73 places and a guest ground parking for 14 cars are provided.

Transport

The transport infrastructure is well developed in the area, so Altufyevskoye and Dmitrovskoye highways pass near the House on Abramtsevskaya complex, and a few kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. There is public transport: buses and trolleybuses of routes No. 31, 282, 353. There are daily departures of trains from Lianozovo station in different directions.
