About the project

The “Legendary Quarter on the Birch Alley” is inspired by the victories of great athletes, in whose honor the houses of the residential complex will be named and a unique Olympic water sports center will be built.

Where is

The residential complex is located on Agricultural Street, in one of the central areas of the city of Moscow, not far from the Yauza River and major transport interchanges - Altufevsky and Yaroslavsky Highways.

Infrastructure around

The area is saturated with objects of domestic and cultural significance. Near the Palace of Sports "Dynamo", within walking distance of the Japanese Garden, City Farm, the Museum of Cinema and the Skating rink "Iskra". Nearby pharmacies, clinics, banking branches and entertainment venues. A 10-minute walk from the Golden Babylon shopping center, and 500 meters away is an object of cultural and historical heritage - Sviblovo estate.

Architecture

The architecture of the "Legendary quarter on the Birch Alley" was created taking into account the future development of the complex's infrastructure. It consists of five buildings and a closed courtyard: a sports center, playgrounds and a green zone. The builder associates the modern style of houses with energy and freedom. Much attention is paid to the space and abundance of natural light in the rooms.

Territory inside

The territory is closed from strangers and is available only to residents of houses. It has children's and sports grounds with exercise equipment. The park area is complemented by green spaces, a special landscape design and sculptures on a sports theme.

Inside the complex there is an underground parking for 960 cars, equipped with an automatic barrier, security, smoke exhaust and fire extinguishing systems, high-speed elevator to get to the desired floor of the house. The first floors of all buildings are commercial premises with a separate entrance, display windows and are connected to all communications.

Traffic congestion

Near the residential complex are the metro stations Botanichesky Sad, Vladykino and Sviblovo. Exit to Altufevskoye, Yaroslavl and Dmitrovskoye shosse has been opened. Near bus stops number 71, 238, 603, 33, 134.

“The legendary quarter on the Birch Alley” accommodates 2,173 apartments: from studios to 3-room apartments. The houses were built using monolithic technology using innovative engineering solutions regarding facade insulation and installation of life support systems. Due to this, the service life of facade structures is more than 50 years. The size of the studio apartments is 25-26 m2, one-room - 23-35 m2, two-room - 49-61 m2 and three-room apartments - 79-80 m2.
