Eleven in Moscow

About the project

"Eleven" - a premium class house on the Zvenigorod highway in the Presnensky district, consists of two towers 16 and 17 floors high. The group of companies "RosStroyInvest" acts as a developer. This is a pilot project for a company in the capital, but the developer has finished new buildings in St. Petersburg. The architectural concept for the residential complex "Eleven" was developed by the Meganom bureau.

Project details

The monolithic building will be covered by fiber-reinforced concrete ventilation facades, made according to the sketches of Yuri Grigoryan. The base is faced with hand-molded bricks. About 30% of the area is glazed.

The new building offers apartments with ceilings of 3.6 - 3.8 m from a clean floor. 70% of them with windows facing 2-3 parts of the world and a panorama of Novy Arbat or MIBC "Moscow City". On the upper floors there are penthouses with an overview of 360 degrees, this housing involves the installation of fireplaces and pools.

Apartments are transferred with decoration:

the walls in the bathrooms are covered with natural stone;

wooden flooring in the rooms;

plumbing class "premium";

installed wood-aluminum windows with double-glazed windows Pilkington Optiwhite;

balconies are fenced with shockproof glass.

Two towers with housing are located on a two-story stylobate with commercial real estate. In the residential complex "11" they will open a restaurant, a fitness club with a SPA center and a 4-lane swimming pool of 25 meters, a farm products store and a kids club. For 90 apartments, 184 parking lots are provided in the underground parking.

The lobby will be decorated according to the design project using copper, mosaics and hand-molded tiles in the decoration. Upholstered furniture will be installed in the waiting area. The landscaping project includes landscaping landscaping with planting lindens, maples and junipers. Pedestrian paths will be laid out from granite slabs with aging effect.

Location

LCD "Eleven" is located within walking distance from the park Krasnogvardeysky ponds. Near the park Krasnaya Presnya. There are enough schools and kindergartens in the Presnensky district. Within a kilometer radius from the new building there are schools No. 2055 and 2030, Moscow Economic Gymnasium.

From shopping centers residents are available "Electronics on Presnya" and "On Begovaya". Moscow City is a 10-minute walk away. In the future, three more business centers and a sports complex with a swimming pool will open. Boxing and fencing sections, an art workshop and a chess studio will work in the neighboring new building.

Transport accessibility is provided by the Zvenigorod highway, which runs 50 meters. In the absence of traffic jams, access to the TTK along the highway is possible in 10 minutes.
