About the project
Residential complex "New Riga" is a comprehensive development project from the Granel company in the village of Glukhovo, Krasnogorsk district. On a plot of 37.6 hectares, nine 5-8-storey monolithic houses are being built. The territory is limited by the Ilyinsky highway, forest and Rublevskoye Suburb.

The "New Riga" includes objects of social infrastructure:

All houses will be made in the same style, each in its own color scheme. The facades are finished with clinker tiles.
