New Lytkarino in Moscow

About the project

Construction company Avigran, owned by the holding MS Group, is building a residential complex New Lytkarino. The project consists of four 17-story comfort class buildings with hinged ventilated facades. The houses are located on Kolkhoznaya street in the village of Lytkarino, 8 km southeast of the capital.

Apartments, parking, courtyard

The project has 1,088 apartments. Housing with classic and European layouts is proposed: one-, two-, three-room apartments ranging from 40 to 66 square meters. m and studio 32-36 square meters. m. Premises for rent are finished, but for a surcharge the buyer will receive turnkey housing. All layouts have a combined bathroom, no balconies, some of the options with bay windows. On the upper floors, panoramic windows with a height of 2 meters will open views of the Tomilinsky Forest Park, Volkushinsky quarry and the Moscow River.

Thanks to landscape design, the house territory is multi-level. The yard is closed to strangers and vehicles. CCTV cameras will be installed on the site, in the parking lot and in the halls. The first two buildings have underground parking. One of them is designed for 31 cars, the other - for 24 cars. The new building is being built within walking distance from the Moscow River and the Tomilinsky Forest Park. There are no plants nearby. The distance from the Moscow Ring Road is 20 km, first you need to go along Lytkarinsky, then along Novoryazanskoye highway. There is a bus stop 50 meters away, from where taxis run to Kotelniki, Zhulebino and Lyublino metro stations. Travel time is 17-20 minutes.
