About the project

The residential complex "Odingrad" from the company "Ingrad" consists of three quarters. “Central” includes three buildings - No. 6-8, “Lesnoy” - five, from 1 to 5. There are 11 buildings in the “Family” quarter (highlighted in a separate project). Construction is underway in Odintsovo on Marshal Biryuzov street. The project was developed by the Tikkanen architectural bureau.

Architecture, apartments and landscaping

Houses are being built using monolithic technology. The height of the building reaches 15-25 floors.

The new building offers apartments from 25 to 112 square meters. The layouts are diverse, from studios to three-room apartments, including accommodation with terraces, panoramic windows, fireplaces and a bathroom window. The height of the flows is from 2.7 to 3.6 meters. Housing is rented in one of two options - unfinished or finished in light or dark colors. Some of the apartments are equipped with saunas made according to Finnish standards.

Entrance groups and courtyard are decorated according to design projects. For example, the interior of the halls was developed by the UNK Project studio. They will be made in the same style with the facades. In the courtyard, landscaping will be carried out according to the project of the ICUBE bureau. Cars are not allowed into the territory. Residents will be able to leave the car in the underground parking, from where the OTIS elevator will go up to the apartment.

On the territory of Odingrad, Ingrad will install Kompan playgrounds. There are gazebos with WI-FI coverage and workout zones. Allotted space for meditation with the flooring. Together with benches, hammocks will be broken for relaxation.

Environment

Marshal Biryuzov street is well landscaped. Nearby Podushkino forestry. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Children's Park and Central Pond. Industry is developed in Odintsovo. At a distance of 1.5 km from the complex there is a paint and varnish factory, a meat factory and a production for the production of plastic bags.

The city has 9 kindergartens and 8 schools. A central district hospital with a clinic is 5 minutes from the complex. In the neighboring microdistrict No. 3 there are two gymnasiums - No. 7 and No. 11. In five minutes you can walk to the volleyball and sports complex and the ice palace. From the shops within walking distance of the shopping centers O Park, Odintsovo Passage, Ivushka, Arbat and Pyramid.

RC "Odingrad" is being built near the intersection of Marshal Biryuzov and Marshal Zhukov. Along Marshal Zhukov Street, you can go to Krasnogorskoye and further to Mozhayskoye Shosse. Along Marshal Biryuzov Street, there is an exit to the paid Northern Bypass of Odintsov. In 20 minutes by bus you can reach two railway stations - Otradnoye and Odintsovo. Electric trains depart towards the Belorussky railway station.
