About the project

Apart-complex "Tatlin Apartments" - reconstruction of a historical building in the Basmanny district of the capital. The project developer is Vesta Development, the architecture was developed by the Architects of Invention bureau, and the S.A. Ricci Residential Real Estate Agency is selling the apartments. Financial support is provided by Sberbank of Russia.

Project details

Tatlin Apartments is a 12–13-story hotel with 130 apartments. The building consists of two parts. The lower floors are made in the classical style, including restored facades with constructivism elements facing Bakuninskaya Street. The upper floors of the new building are decorated in modern style. Between the historical and the modern part, there is a winter garden on one floor, access to which is only possible for residents of Tatlin Apartments.

The apart-hotel will be connected to the commercial real estate block, where residents will be able to visit:
