Bakuninskaya LLC implements residential and commercial real estate projects in prestigious areas of Moscow. The company's facilities appear on the site of old buildings as a result of reconstruction or new construction with the preservation of historical facades.
In 2014, VESTA Development reconstructed the historic building in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, as a result of which the Bakuninskaya 1-3 business center appeared.
At the end of 2016, documents were received for the construction of Tatlin Apartments on Bakuninskaya Street. In the residential real estate segment, the apart-complex will become a pilot project for the developer. The object belongs to the class "business". The architectural concept was developed by the British bureau Architects of Invention.
The project will preserve the historic facade of the building of the former telephone exchange on Bakuninskaya Street, which was built in 1929. Internal walls and ceilings were completely dismantled in August 2018. A 12-story hotel will be built on the liberated territory. The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2020.
