The complex consists of 8 houses, each of which was created according to a unique project, and together they create a complete architectural ensemble. The style combines the features of classicism and Russian baroque, limited by the minimalist trends of today. During the construction, a monolithic-frame construction technology was used, and for internal ceilings, a gas block was chosen as the lightest and most durable material.
