About the project

This new building belongs to the category of executive class. The residential complex is being built in the Sviblovo area. Its total area will be 200,000 m². These will be monolithic-brick buildings with a height of 5, 14, 20 and 53 floors. They include 721 apartments. The layout is free. Location

The silver residential complex is being built ten minutes on foot from the lobby of the Botanichesky Sad metro station. The new building will be erected on the site of the estate of the eldest daughter of the Russian Tsar Peter I. Next to the construction site is VDNH, you can see the Ostankino TV Tower and the famous Kapustinsky Pond nearby.

Surrounding infrastructure

Architecture

Ventilated facades of the buildings are planned to be faced with porcelain tiles. The highest tower will be wave-shaped with silver lines applied to it. Panoramic glazing with reliable sound insulation is assumed. The construction of a two-story underground parking for 992 vehicles has already been completed. Ground parking for guests will accommodate 33 vehicles. The illumination of the territory and buildings is provided.

Inland

On the first floors there will be shops, cafes, restaurants. The construction of a fitness center and indoor playgrounds, reliably isolated from city noise, has already begun. Future residents of the new building will not need to leave its borders without special need. On the territory of the residential complex it is planned to place household services enterprises, hairdressers, beauty salons, bank branches, a restaurant, cafe, supermarket and more. The whole territory is surrounded by a fence. Thanks to a reliable fence, gate, barrier and security, unauthorized persons will not be able to enter the complex without permission.

Traffic congestion

In addition to two metro stations, there is a fairly large number of highways on which public transport runs: trolley buses, buses, minibuses. You can take a taxi at any time.

Apartments
