Architecture

The project of the complex was developed by the famous architectural bureau SPEECH, therefore all residential and commercial spaces have an original design. The style of the houses combines classicism and modernism inherent in real estate of the modern American style. For the construction, a monolithic-frame technology was selected using foam blocks to create internal partitions. In total, in the Oktyabrskoye Pole residential complex, 650 1-2-3-4-room apartments are planned ranging from 41 m2 to 120 m2 with a ceiling height of 2.9 m.

On the territory of the house there are children's and sports grounds, a recreation area, a park with decorative trees and landscape design created according to the original design.
