LCD “West Port. Neighborhood Quarters ”in Moscow is located on the banks of the Moskva River between the Belorussky and Shelepikhinsky bridges.

Five block buildings have separate enclosed courtyards; buildings are being built along the embankment.

The strength of the hulls is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, the walls are constructed from aerated concrete blocks. The facades are insulated with mineral wool, followed by cladding with hinged ventilated panels with ceramic and porcelain stoneware imitating light stone or brick.

Each building has several sections, differing in the number of floors, the facade design, as well as the shade. The facades are decorated with stylish niches with metal bars designed to accommodate individual air conditioners. Window openings are large, the windows are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows.
