About the project

Residential complex “Silver Park” is a unique project with original architecture.

Location

LCD "Silver Park" in Moscow is being built in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district between the gray and green zones. The new building is bordered by the industrial zone "October Field". Seven hundred meters behind the Khoroshevskoye straightening canal, the large Stroginsky backwater and the Serebryany Bor forest nature reserve are located.

Complex environment

Three minutes from the new building there is a school, a driving school, a supermarket and a library. Nearby there is a restaurant, a sports complex with a stadium, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. If desired, residents of the complex will be able to independently choose a suitable educational institution - in the vicinity of the new building there is a fairly wide selection.

Architecture

The exterior of the complex is an alloy of trendy modernity neo-modern and the undying classics of historical buildings in Moscow. The structure of the new building includes six separate buildings with a height of ten to twenty floors. The buildings form a closed courtyard with not very wide passages between the buildings.

The houses are built of brick, the strength of the structure is provided by a monolithic frame of reinforced concrete. The facade is insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator, at the bottom of the building are decorated with semicircular arches resembling the outlines of the nineteenth century metropolitan architecture.

Each section is equipped with two silent Schindler elevators.

In the complex

Improvement work carried out by the developer includes:

underground two-level parking equipment;

organization of guest parking spaces;

arrangement of driveways and sidewalks;

construction of playgrounds;

arrangement of places for rest and walks.

It offers residents of the complex hundreds of places in kindergarten, on the ground floor there are also commercial premises. The “yard without cars” program is being implemented.

Road junction

In terms of transport accessibility, the new building is located quite well, although the metro stations are in the distance. There are several bus stops around the complex, there is a tram line nearby - two tram routes and about a dozen bus routes provide access to many areas of Moscow.

About apartments

The project includes business class apartments with high ceilings and original layouts. The developer offers pre-finished housing. Included in the price:

cement-sand floor screed;

leveled and plastered walls;

heating radiators;

wiring.

In the complex you can buy an apartment in a 1-2-3-room version, there are penthouses that provide for the installation of fireplaces, as well as housing in Euro format. The forums and social networks publish reviews on the layout and quality of decoration.
