About the project

The ZILART residential complex was created according to the projects of the famous architectural bureaus SPEECH and ASYMPTOTE ARCHITECTURE. Its feature is functionality combined with a bright design.

Location

The residential complex is located in the Danilovsky district of Moscow at ul. Avtozavodskaya, 23, bldg. 1-8. Near the Moscow River, objects of cultural, social and business significance.

Near the LCD "ZILART" is Moscow University. Architecture

The complex consists of houses of different heights from 3 to 14 floors, each of which has a unique design and layout. Construction is carried out according to a monolithic-frame technology using a gas block as a material of internal walls. It is selected for strength, resistance to mechanical stress and lightness, which is important for the durability of structures. All apartments are insulated and connected to utilities. The highlight of the project is the unusual stained glass glazing of the facade, over which the best designers of the Maisonproject studio are working.

Infrastructure

On the territory of ZILART, a private landscape park will be created, the area of ​​which will be almost 20 hectares. It will consist of ornamental trees and shrubs, a lawn, stone sculptures, landscape gardening compositions and will become a resting place for residents of the house. Also, sports equipment for outdoor activities will be installed, a play area for children will be created, pedestrian and bicycle paths are laid out. Guest parking and underground parking for 3,000 places are provided on site.

The complex is located next to the 3rd transport ring. Nearby public transport: buses No. 9, 40, 44, 99. The nearest metro station is ZIL, 500 meters from the house, and a bit further is the Technopark station.
