ARCHITECTURE
The glow of crystal columns
Kutuzovsky 12 is inspired by Italian palazzos and Soviet neoclassicism. From the first he took the palace colonnade. Fifty meter crystal columns make the architecture graceful. In the two-room lobby, 9 meters high, the columns are echoed by vertical panels and a ceiling made of brass lamp tubes.
History has determined the severity and symmetry of the facade of the house. The architects of the Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners bureau rethought the characteristic elements in the classic order of Kutuzovsky Prospekt - and created a modern masterpiece from them. Gray granite, the rhythm of the columns and ceilings make the house strict and solid, fit it into the architectural context. Crystal columns with brass capitals add solemnity to the image of the house.
INTERIORS
Fantastic forest inside
Birch groves of the middle strip. Siberian taiga. Far Eastern bamboo forest. Three Kutuzovsky lobby, 12 - like a walk through the three protected areas of Russia. Bright panels with accent details delicately and modernly broadcast the “forest” theme proposed by the architectural bureau T + T Architects.
IMPROVEMENT
The naturalness of materials and the geometry of forms: rethinking the image of the palazzo, Kutuzovsky 12 takes the best from the Italian tradition of landscaping.
Ornamental paving made of granite in contrasting colors resembles the geometric searches of the authors of the Mediterranean peristyle. Natural forms of sun loungers made of natural wood invite you to a midday rest. On the roof of the parking lot is a "Garden of Four Seasons". Throughout the warm season, the garden is fragrant with flowers - from early spring crocus Tomasini to the autumn Jindai aster.
