About the project

Residential complex "Portugal" - a new neighborhood of two residential quarters, consisting of several dozen buildings of small and medium floors, designed in the same style.

Location

LCD “Portugal” in Krasnodar is located on the shore of the Grand Lake between Evropeisky Prospekt, Biskayskaya Street and the square in memory of the heroes of the tankers. The City Council is about sixteen kilometers away.

What's near

Near the new building there is a comprehensive school No. 68 and a kindergarten No. 163, a fifteen minute walk is a school No. 99 and a combined type kindergarten No. 64 "Friendship".

Four hundred meters away there is a supermarket chain and grocery stores. Clinic number 12 is not more than five hundred meters.

Transport

Near the complex there is a bus and minibus stop. Four routes run along Zvezdny Lane - the traffic interval is fifteen minutes. The railway station "Krasnodar-1" is approximately nineteen kilometers.

Architecture

LCD "Portugal" consists of thirty-seven houses of rectangular and L-shaped, with a height of three to five floors. The developer applies modern technologies and building materials that meet environmental safety criteria and new energy efficiency requirements for residential buildings.

The load-bearing structural elements are made of brick, the outer walls are constructed of foam concrete blocks, providing reliable thermal protection and sound insulation of apartments. The facades of houses are additionally insulated with mineral wool heat insulator and lined with decorative plaster.

The complex has buildings with a flat and pitched roof, in the presence of houses with standard apartments and townhouses. High-rise buildings are equipped with silent comfortable elevators. Fire alarm systems and modern technological equipment are installed in the houses, ensuring trouble-free operation of all engineering systems and communications. Entrance groups are equipped taking into account the needs of citizens with disabilities.

Beautification

A network of driveways, roads and sidewalks is being arranged on the territory of the new building, pedestrian alleys and paths are being laid. Ornamental shrubs and trees are planted, modern streetlights are being installed. The project provides for the construction of a large number of sports grounds for physical education and playing sports, comfortable recreation areas, as well as children's play areas with a safety cover.

The embankment of the lake is also being improved, on which moorings and walking alleys with decorative plants, lawns and trees are equipped. A kindergarten is being built in the complex, there are rooms in which shops, offices, banks, pharmacies and other important infrastructure will operate.
