The estate is located in the northern part of the city at Marca Polo, Ferdynanda Magellan, Vasco da Gamy and James Cook streets, within the Psie Pole district. The Olimpia Port estate is a complex of residential buildings of various heights, built in stages, from 4 to 6 floors, connected with large green spaces. The façade was kept in light shades, and contrasting architectural details of brick and wood were added.
