We are a nationwide developer operating on the residential and commercial real estate market. From 2016. we are listed on the WSE. Continuous activity since 1986. it is not only the development and experience that the Archicom team uses in subsequent investments, but above all the satisfaction resulting from the possibility of fulfilling the promises made to customers. Working with passion and implementing our own residential and office projects from start to finish, we feel fully responsible for what we create.
It all started with the shared passion of two young architects who founded one of the first private architectural companies in People's Poland in 1986. Today Archicom is one of the largest and longest-operating developers on the Lower Silesian real estate market. It is also the only company in Wrocław with its own architectural office, investment implementation department and customer service department, offering flats, apartments, lofts and offices. The Archicom Group has over 30 years of experience, 200 specialists, and 150 completed investments, 15,000 satisfied residents and 6,000 people working in our office buildings.
It also includes nearly 6,000 apartments sold and built and 50 industry and ministerial awards (including the title of the Most Friendly Developer in Poland). In 2016, Archicom made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, obtaining PLN 72.1 million from the issue of shares.
