Browary Wrocławskie is a multifunctional urban complex on the Oder, it combines newly built and revitalized buildings. The estate is implemented in the spirit of the mix-used concept, there are apartments, commercial, office and cultural premises.

Location

The investment is located at Jedności Narodowej Street, in the heart of Śródmieście, on the premises of the former Piastowski Brewery. The estate is surrounded by large-city buildings, bordered by vast green areas on the Odra River, and has an excellent location in terms of communication.

The vicinity of the investment

Architecture

The investment is being implemented in stages, it consists of newly built 7-storey apartment blocks and revitalized buildings of the historic Piastowski Brewery from the 19th century. The entire complex covers an area of ​​about 6 hectares and consists of 14 buildings, including historic revitalized facilities: Bottling House, Kapslownia, Korkownia, Lounging House, Malt House, Stable, Brewhouse, Windmill, Coach House, Coffee Factory. The new buildings resemble the complex of the remaining buildings of the Brewery, they are of modern architecture, the facade is made in subdued colors (shades of white and gray), with a combination of red brick.
