Location

The complex is located at Pułkownika Kazimierza Drewnowskiego Street in Zegrze, which belongs to the Serock commune. The distance from the center of Warsaw is approximately 30 kilometers. The area is recreational, has dense housing development and basic commercial and service infrastructure, is surrounded by green areas and well connected with Warsaw and other parts of the region.

Architecture

The four-storey apartment buildings with a partially irregular shape are kept in the modernist style. Shades of white, gray and natural wood were used in the facades. Ample glazing, glass-filled balcony and terrace balustrades and decorative external roller shutters were added, and roof terraces were made.
