The Husa Park investment in Warsaw is an intimate four-storey multi-family building with modern architecture located right next to a forest, in a rapidly developing Warsaw district.

Location

The building is erected at ul. Jana Hus in the Dąbrówka Szlachecka estate in the north-eastern, right-bank part of Warsaw, nearly 14 kilometers from the center of the capital. The investment is located within the reach of public transport and full urban infrastructure, but at the same time close to forested areas.

Architecture

The building under a broken roof in a graphite color was built of a simple block with a minimalist layout with 4 above-ground storeys and 1 underground storey. The white facades are varied with elements of orange color and wood texture.
