The Wilczak 20 estate, which is being implemented in stages, consists of six multi-family buildings and a service part, is located in the Winogrady district, in the north-east of Poznań.

Location

The investment was located at the intersection of Serbska and Wilczak Streets, in a quiet area surrounded by green areas and allotment gardens, well connected with other parts of Poznań. A developed service infrastructure is available in the area, the Warta River flows in the immediate vicinity.

The vicinity of the investment

Primary School Marii Montessori is located 600 meters from the estate, a complex of schools with sports departments No. 1 - 900 meters. Architecture

The investment buildings are five-story, made of a simple body in a modern style. The façade is finished with white and orange panels, and an irregular arrangement of balconies has been used for decorative purposes.
