Osiedle Magnolia, a multi-family building project implemented in stages, is located in the southern suburb of Olsztyn.

Location

The estate is located at Księdza Roberta Bilitewskiego Street within the Generałów housing estate, about 6 kilometers from the center of Olsztyn. Well connected with the rest of the city, the area is characterized by residential buildings and green areas, nearby there are municipal infrastructure facilities.

Architecture

Seven-storey buildings made in a modern style were supplemented with sloping roofs covered with sheet metal, façade finishes made of plaster and clinker bricks were kept in bright colors. Glazed balcony railings have been added.

Inside the estate, internal green courtyards with elements of small architecture and playgrounds for children, sidewalks, lawns and access roads were made.
