Architecture

The investment is being implemented in stages, it consists of four five-storey multi-family buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor and an underground garage. The buildings have a modern design. A lot of glass surfaces were used. Separate parts of the building facades are made of wood. The facade is decorated with cornices. It is completed by the architectural design of the investment, with historic old trees on its site.
