Company WIKANA S.A. has been operating on the Polish market since 1994. This year, on January 13 in Legnica, the employees of the liquidated state-owned company Z.P.O. "Elpo" established the company Z.P.O. Elpo S.A., which was tasked with taking over and continuing the then production of sewing denim clothing. The company made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 1997. In 1999, the company's name was changed to MASTERS S.A. The company, apart from the production of jeans, also conducted service activities consisting in confectioning clothes and selling own and third-party products.

January 24, 2007 was a significant date for the company's current operations. On that day, MASTERS S.A., in order to engage in development activities, established a subsidiary MST Deweloper Sp. z o.o., taking over 90% of shares in it. On January 25, 2007, the company MASTERS S.A. also acquired 100% of the shares of the distributor Multiserwis Sp. z o.o.

On January 30, 2009, the competent registry court registered the merger of WIKANA S.A. and MASTERS S.A. by transferring all assets of the acquired company - WIKANA S.A. - to the acquiring company - MASTERS S.A. (merger by acquisition). At the same time, the change of the registered office of the Company, which was transferred to Lublin, was registered. The current address of the Company is: ul. Cisowa 11.

Until March 11, 2009, the company operated under the name MASTERS S.A. On March 12, the District Court in Lublin entered the change of the company by deleting the company MASTERS S.A. and entering the company WIKANA S.A.

The main goal behind the merger was to create a company that would be one of the leading entities operating on the development market. The merger of MASTERS S.A., with a large capital potential and knowledge in the field of capital investments, and WIKANA S.A., with experience and a strong position of a reliable developer, led to the creation of a competitive entity on the real estate market.

The name WIKANA is recognizable on the housing market in the following provinces: Lubelskie, Małopolskie and Podkarpackie. The companies belonging to the WIKANA Capital Group have completed over 60 residential investments with over 3,000 units completed, with a total area exceeding 172,000 m2. The number of investments that were introduced to the market increases every year. In order to improve the security of financing these projects and to adequately secure the financial contribution of property buyers, WIKANA's projects are implemented by special purpose vehicles established for this purpose.

The area of ​​activity covers the entire development process: from acquiring land, through designing in cooperation with renowned architectural offices, to obtaining valid building permits, supervision over construction work, to handing over ready-made premises to clients and property management.
