Nowa Przędzalnia is a multi-stage estate of multi-family buildings located in the central part of Łódź.

Location

The investment is located at Wróblewskiego Street within the limits of the Stare Polesie estate, located at the junction of the Polesie and Śródmieście districts. The area is mainly characterized by historic buildings, developed communication, commercial and service infrastructure, entertainment, educational and sports infrastructure, proximity to urban green areas. Architecture
