The intimate investment Przestrzenie Banacha is a multi-family housing estate which is being implemented in stages.

Location

The investment was erected in the northern part of Krakow, at Stefana Banacha Street, 6.8 km from the city center. The area is characterized by modern buildings and developed service infrastructure.

In the vicinity of the estate there are medical facilities, Żabka grocery store, Spar supermarket, local shops, drugstores, fitness clubs, a car shop, restaurants, a beauty salon, service points. Architecture

The estate consists of five-storey buildings, built of a simple shape in a modern style. Plaster of subdued colors - white and light gray - was used in the facade finishing. Large windows and steel balcony railings were made. On the ground floor there is space for commercial and service premises.
