Location
The estate is located at Fredry Street in the Łagiewniki estate, which is part of the Łagiewniki-Borek Fałęcki district. The distance from the very center of Krakow is nearly 5 kilometers. The neighborhood with residential buildings, mainly single-family houses, allows for quick access to commercial and service, educational, health and recreational facilities as well as important communication routes.

Architecture
Buildings with a height of 3 to 4 floors were erected in a modern style, using a simple body with a partially irregular layout. Materials in shades of white, gray and beige were used in the façade finishes, decorative façades with a brick texture and other decorative elements were made in the front part of the buildings. Numerous glazing has been added, including glazed balcony railings.
Infrastructure of the estate
In the monitored and protected area of the estate, a meandering pedestrian and driving route (woonerf), numerous walking paths, plant arrangements and elements of small architecture, common relaxation zones, a picnic area, playgrounds for children, bicycle stands were made.
