Location

The investment is located in the south-west part of the city, within the Brynów district, at Rzepakowa Street. Architecture

Nowy Brynów consists of two eight-storey buildings with minimalist architecture and subdued colors, with large windows, glazed balconies and terraces with gardens on the ground floor.

Access to the city center by car takes about 15 minutes. The nearby Kościuszki streets and 73 Pułku Piechoty (Pułku Piechoty) streets allow for quick access to road 86 and the A4 motorway.
