ATAL S.A. is a real estate development company specializing in the construction of residential complexes, apartments and commercial premises, located within the largest cities in Poland. The founder and owner of ATAL is Polish entrepreneur Zbigniew Juroszek, who has 30 years of professional experience. ATAL in the form of a joint-stock company was established in 2006, but the developer activity was carried out by Zbigniew Juroszek much earlier. Implementation of the first development projects,
covering residential buildings, started in 2003.
The current sales offer includes development investments carried out in Gliwice, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Warsaw, Tricity and Poznań. The company also runs one of the most advanced turnkey apartment finishing programs - ATAL Design, used by over 50% of apartment buyers. On May and June 2015, the first public offering of ATAL S.A. shares was carried out. The company debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on June 15, 2015. ATAL is a member of the Polish Association of Developers. The company has been awarded many times in recent years, incl. Business Gazelles, Forbes Diamonds, Pearls of the Polish Economy, the title of the Construction Company of the Year and other awards.
