Nowe Orłowo is a large multi-stage apartment complex located in the southern part of Gdynia.

Location

The complex is located on Orłowska Street, on the border of Gdynia's Orłowo and Redłowo districts, close to recreational areas and rest areas on the Baltic coast. The distance from the center of Gdynia is nearly 5.5 kilometers. Architecture

The two- and three-story buildings of the estate were erected in a minimalist style referring to the architecture of villa buildings. The facades were finished in light shades, extensive decorative elements made of wood, numerous glazing, including glass-filled balcony and terrace balustrades were added. Natural stone and wood were used in the finishing of the common areas. Photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roofs of some buildings
